1. How is the furniture chosen?

Our designers choose the furniture from our photo library that best suits your images angles. We use contemporary Australian furniture and décor.

2. Can I choose my own furniture?

This service does not allow you to choose your own furniture as our unique editing process is complex. However the results of our services are always high quality.

3. Can I call someone to discuss my project?

Yes. Please phone us directly to discuss any specialised needs. Our team look forward to assisting you.

4. What if I don’t like the results and want to make a change?

We can make one complimentary change to the finished image if there are elements you are unhappy with. Thereafter we charge $30 per change due to the extensive work required to make each adjustment. Please note that each new change request may take an additional 24 hrs.

5. What image resolution size do I need to provide?

Please provide high resolution from 1 MB up to 10 MB for each image. Please phone or email us if you need assistance understanding image resolution requirements.

6. What if my images are only available in low resolution (KB)?

We can work with low resolution images but these will only be available for online use, not for printing output.

7. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Please call us to discuss for volume discounts.

8. Do you offer a photographer discount?
